We would endeavor to ensure the availability of the service and is uninterrupted, timely, and secure and that transmissions will be error-free. Contract (Order acceptance)

When you placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know we are in receipt of your order. Your order is only accepted when we dispatch your goods. Payment is taken online at the time of ordering.

Pricing and Availability

We will endeavor to ensure that all prices are as up to date as possible and the price of a product is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted.

Back Orders

If at the time of ordering, if any product you have ordered is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide you with option of cancellation, exchange for similar item with approximate value or if you are happy to have it placed on back order, this may take up to 28 days and we will email you when it is ready for dispatch. The choice is yours, no quibbles.

Force majeure

NatCole-Jossiomi shall not be liable for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions owing to any act or event beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, Acts of God, disease epidemics, war, riots, civil commotion, fire, strikes, shortage of supplies, lock-outs or industrial action.

Notices and Disclaimer

We have made every reasonable effort to describe items as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur with color reproduction or text descriptions. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
